இந்த தகவலிறக்கத்தை நிறுவ:

1. இந்த LIP.exe கோப்பை தகவலிறக்கம் செய்ய தகவலிறக்கம் பொத்தானை (மேலேயுள்ளது) கிளிக் செய்த பின்னர் கோப்பை உங்கள் நிலை வட்டில் சேமிக்கவும்.

2. அமைவு நிரலை துவங்க உங்கள் நிலை வட்டில் உள்ள LIP.exe நிரல் கோப்பை இருமுறை கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

3. நிறுவுதலை நிறைவு செய்ய திரையில் உள்ள வழிகாட்டுதல்களை பின்பற்றவும்.

4. விருப்பச் செயல்: Tamil_GS.exe கோப்பை தகவலிறக்கம் செய்து, உங்கள் நிலை வட்டில் சேமிக்கவும். பின்னர் உங்கள் நிலை வட்டில் உள்ள Tamil_GS.exe நிரல் கோப்பை இரு-கிளிக் செய்யவும், நிறுவலை நிறைவு செய்ய திரையில் உள்ள வழிகாட்டுதல்களைப் பின்பற்றவும்.

வழிகாட்டுதல்கள்:

பயனீட்டாளர் இடைமுக மொழியை Office 2003 பதிப்பு தமிழ் இடைமுக தயாரிப்பின் பயனீட்டாளர் இடைமுக மொழிக்கு மாற்ற, கீழ்கண்ட செயல்களை பின்பற்றவும்:

1. நீங்கள் Start மெனுவில், All Programs சுட்டிக்காட்டி, Microsoft Office சுட்டிக்காட்டி, Microsoft Office Tools என்பதில் சுட்டிக்காட்டவும், பின்னர் Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

2. பின்னர் User Interface and Help தாவலில், Display Office 2003 in பட்டியலில், நீங்கள் காண்பிக்க விரும்பும் மொழியை தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும்.

3. பின்னர் OK கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் மொழி அமைப்புகள், அடுத்த முறை Office பயன்பாடுகளை நீங்கள் துவங்கும் போது செயற்படுத்தப்படும்.

இந்த தகவலிறக்கத்தை அகற்ற:

1. அனைத்து நிரல்களிலிருந்தும் வெளியேறவும்.

2. நீங்கள் Start மெனுவில், Settings சுட்டிக்காட்டி, பின்னர் Control Panel என்பதில் கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

3. அங்கு Add/Remove Programs என்பதை இரு-கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

4. தற்போது நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ள நிரல்கள் பட்டியலில், Microsoft Office 2003 Edition Tamil Interface Pack கிளிக் செய்யவும். பின்னர், Remove அல்லது Add/Remove கிளிக் செய்யவும். உரையாடல் பெட்டி தோன்றினால், நிரல் அகற்ற வழிகாட்டுதல்களை பின்பற்றவும்.

5. நிரலை அகற்ற விரும்புகிறீர்கள் என்பதை உறுதி செய்ய Yes அல்லது OK கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

கோப்புகளை ஒழுங்குபடுத்த உதவும் ENDNOTE X3.

 

Endnote x3 என்பது மின்புத்தகங்கள் (e-books), ஆய்வரிக்கைகள் (Journals) மற்றும் பல கோப்புகளை, சேகரித்து ஒழுங்குப்படுத்த, பயன்படும் ஒரு மென்பொருள் ஆகும்.

இந்த மென்பொருளானது தாம்சன் (Thomson) என்ற இணையதளத்தில் இருந்து, பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ளலாம். இது ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள், மாணவர்கள், அலுவலக அதிகாரிகளுக்கு, மிகவும் பயனுள்ள ஒரு மென்பொருள் ஆகும்.

இந்த புதிய பதிப்பில் open office.org என்ற மென்பொருளையும், உபயோகபடுத்த கூடிய அளவில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேலும், இதில் பாடல்கள், படங்கள் என அனைத்து கோப்புகளையும், வகைப்படுத்தி தேவையான பொழுது எடுத்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

Microsoft Office 2010 or Office 14 - the working title of the next version of Microsoft Office for Microsoft Windows. Microsoft started work on Office 2010 in 2006, which ended the work on the Microsoft Office 12 (which went under the name of Microsoft Office 2007).

Initially it was thought that Office 2010 will be released for sale in the first half of 2009, but the new data it is not expected before late 2009 and early 2010. Microsoft also plans to provide Web-version of its Office products, known as Office Web, debuted along with Office 2010. Office Web will include online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. It was expected that the new version will be distributed free of charge, but revenues will be removed from advertising. In addition, Office 2010 will be offered in two versions - to 32-bit and 64-bit processors. Microsoft Office 2010 Technical preview will be released in late June - early July.
